Dear Masters, Coaches, Competitors and Referees,

We would like to invite you to the 15th Annual 2019 Maui Open Taekwondo Championship. This year’s tournament will be held on September 7 , 2019 at the Maui War Memorial Gymnasium . Online registration will be available at www.mauiopentkd.com.

The Maui Open features divisions for all ages and levels of Taekwondo. Although our tournament is primarily a local event, it has attracted athletes from around the globe over the past decade. Teams from Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Canada, Philippines, India, Nigeria, Australia and the mainland USA have attended the Maui Open along with some of Hawaii’s first class Taekwondo athletes.

Everyone knows that Maui is a lovely place to visit. What many people don’t know, is that most Maui kids do not visit other places. Your participation in the Maui Open offers local kids the opportunity to participate in a competitive Taekwondo environment.
