Competition Rules: WT, USAT
Competitor Qualification: open for all ranks . Black Belts must be Kukkiwon certified or have written permission from head instructor
Coach Qualification: Coaches have to be certified by either WT, USAT, AAU or have to show black belt certification (Kukkiwon or USAT) when picking up credentials.
Awards: medals for all first, second and 2 third place winners.
Equipment: Mouth guards, groin guards for males, WT style or WT approved shin+instep guards and forearm protectors are required for all competitors. WT style or WT approved body protectors and head gear are required for all color belts. Only white, blue or red head head gear is allowed in competition. WTF approved gloves are mandatory for black belts only and optional for color belts. Black belt sparring competitors will use the provided Daedo body protectors and Headgear. They need to bring Daedo Gen 2 footgear or make arrangements to lease/purchase on site.
SCORING: Daedo scoring with electronic body protectors for all black belt sparring divisions. All other divisions will have judges electronic scoring body and head points.
COMPETITOR ENTRY FEES: Early Registration until August19, 2019: One event $75, each additional event $15 Final Registration: August 20 - September 2, 2019: One event:$105, each additional event $15
COACH ENTRY FEES: $30 - Early Registration until August19, 2019, $45 - Final Registration: August 20 - September 2, 2019 1 FREE COACHPASS FOR EVERY 5 COMPETITORS PER SCHOOL
EVENTS: Olympic Style Sparring, Poomsae, Board Breaking
REFEREES: There will be one day of competition. All selected Referees will receive Lunch . USAT and International referees will receive $50-$100 incentive depending on Rank and hotel accommodation for 2 nights in double occupancy room to be shared with another referee. Referees are responsible for their own round trip airfare. There will be a mandatory referee meeting. Please see the tournament schedule for the times and location of this meeting. Referee attire is black pants and Aloha Shirt.

Color belts can choose between the two poomsae assigned to their belt level. For example Yellow belts may perform Taegeuk 1 or 2.
BOARD BREAKING: Tournament Committee may modify some rules according to the local condition: Maximum of 5-stations and a time limit of two(2) minutes shall be given to set up and complete the break, with three (3) chances allowed at each station. Each competitor shall provide board holders. Boards must be purchased at the venue. No props other than the human body (no chairs, tape, wooden holders)
